Addictions

Addiction is when you have or feel an overwhelming urge or dependency to use substances such as alcohol, nicotine, medication, steroids or amphetamines. You can also be addicted to certain behaviour such as work, gambling, exercise, shopping, sex, eating, online gaming, social media and risk taking that are harmful to you or damaging to your family. These are known as compulsive behaviours. When you are addicted to something you do not have full control over your actions. Addiction can be either physical or psychological affecting your physical and mental health.

Some people may be more at risk of addiction due to environmental factors, such as being brought up by someone with an addiction, to block out difficult issues, to achieve peak physical or mental performance or unemployment. I will first book you in for a Free Consultation. Once we have established that you are 100% all in to wanting help, I will then prepare your own unique program.
